Policies and Rental Information

While we attempt to be as flexible as possible regarding rules, some order is necessary so that 22 people can live together comfortably. Above all, it is important to be polite and considerate of housemates, including completing duties on time, cleaning up after yourself, and keeping the noise level down during quiet hours. Other key Sutton rules include no consumption of alcohol in the house and no unmarried couples sleeping in the same room. (A guest room and multiple couches are available for guests of the opposite sex.)
