Update 7/27/06

    Construction continues with finish work as fixtures, tile, switches, and doors all finally get to have their part in the mix.  New pictures are up on the New Pictures page, so check out all these finish products!

Update 7/12/06

    New pictures are up on the New Pictures page!  Painting has begun and finish carpentry is soon to follow.

Update 6/22/06

    New pictures up again.  Work is continuing as before.  Drywall has been installed on the first floor and the Elevator is installed and waiting for inspection.

    New pictures are up this week!  Construction continues.  Drywall is being installed now.

    The siding is almost finished and the outside is looking great!  Mechanical Electrical, and Plumbing systems are nearing completion and installation of drywall will be starting next.  Things are moving along on schedule.  New pictures of everything are up on the weekly pictures page.  Another note, the old Stratford house will be called The 3:12 House based on Colossians 3:12, and any junior, senior, or grad student women are invited to check it out if you need a place to live next year!

    The exterior of the building is finishing up nicely!  New pictures are posted today!

    Construction continues nicely and the exterior is starting to look real good.  Pictures will be coming soon. New interior shots taken a few weeks ago are now up on the pictures page!

    New pictures posted today!  Interior pictures are coming soon!  There's a new Construction Manager and construction is back on schedule.

    It's a new year, and new pictures are here!  Masonry work continues as we progress through the winter.

Update 12/12/05

    Finally new pictures have arrived!  Construction has really moved on for the carpentry work....though as you can see all the white snow on the ground has slowed down the masonry work.

Update 8/21/05

    Construction has begun!!  The parking lot is already torn out and digging should begin on Monday.  Look for new pictures to be added early this week.

Update 8/02/05

    Pre-Construction Meeting was held today.  Contracts are being signed and Construction will begin as soon as the Building permit is approved by the city.

Update 7/21/05

    Bids are in and Under Budget!  Contracts will be going out and Construction starting in the next week or so.

    Pre-Bid meeting was held yesterday.  Bids are Due in by July 19th.  Tentative Construction Start Date is August 1st.

Update 6/20/05

    After receiving Bids higher than expected a new Contractor was hired and we are currently waiting on new Bids hoping to bring costs under budget.
